DISCLAIMER
○ By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions. Clients are not permitted under any circumstance to use any artwork commissioned from the artist (Beelzebe) within products produced for any block-chain technology including but not limited: nonfungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, and any future related industries.
○ Any form of work produced by Beelzebe may not be used to train any large language model (LLM) or artificial intelligence (A.I.).
○ If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

USER AGREEMENT
○ By commissioning the artist, Beelzebe, you agree that you have read and accepted all of terms listed herein.
○ You will adhere to my policy that artwork is for personal, non-profit use only unless otherwise discussed prior during the creation process, and that images be credited back to me.
○ Any violations may result in being placed on a blacklist from receiving art from me in the future. Depending on the severity of the violation, further action may be taken where appropriate.

General

Client
○ You, the Client, may display commissioned artwork publicly across social media platforms so long as there is a proper name credit.
○ You are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own.
○ You may use the artwork for personal use only, included but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays, personal prints.
○ You do not have permission to use commissioned pieces for NFT projects. You may not use any form of the artwork, completed or not, in LLM or A.I. training.Subject MatterThe artist is willing to work with the following themes and subject matter:1. Characters ranging from simple to complex in terms of their design. Complexity of a design may be determined at the artist's discretion. Overly complex designs may incur additional fees.
2. Characters with animalistic traits, e.g., real and fantasy feral animals, anthros/furries, kemonomimi, etc.
3. Humans and humanoid adjacent, including real people with stated consent from the party to be drawn.
4. Mild to severe injuries, heavy amounts of blood and gore.
5. Diverse body types and features.
6. NSFW of adult presenting humanoids/furries.The artist is NOT willing to work with the following themes and subject matter:1. NSFW of feral animals.
2. NSFW or gore involving child coded characters and/or objects, e.g., loli/shota, cubs, diapers, pacifiers, etc.
3. Kinks and Fetishes the artist is uncomfortable with representing.
4. Any form of bigotry such as but not limited to: homophobia, racism, sexism, xenophobia, etc.*If the client is a legal adult (18 years old or older) they may request for a more in depth overview on what the artist is and isn't comfortable with drawing in terms of NSFW content.

Medium

The artist produces 2D and 3D visual artwork via traditional and digital methods. Digital artwork will be given to the client through various online formats e.g., (.png), (.jpg), (.gif), (.mp4), (.stl), etc. The client may request for other output file types but may be subject to additional fees.Revisions & Updates
The client can expect frequent updates during the process so that they may give time and opportunity for feedback and constructive criticism. Updates may be expected at each major milestone of the project for client approval. A minimum of once a week updates will be given from the artist, however more frequent updates may be given as the artist sees fit.The client is permitted up to five (5) rough sketches or thumbnails for any non-sketch commission; more can be bought for the standard sketch prices. Once past the sketch phase, the client is permitted two (2) major revisions to request so that the artist may correct the piece as the client desires. Past the first two revisions, a fee of 15% of the agreed upon price (before commercial fees) will be charged per additional major revision.The client is permitted up to five (5) small revisions per each major stage of the workflow. Per each additional small revision, a flat rate of 5$ USD for each new revision for that stage will be charged.
*Missing important character details may be requested to be added with no further charge.
Turnaround
Commissions will be queued on a first come first served basis and will be completed at a reasonable and comfortable pace for the artist. A rush fee may be given if the client requests for a tighter deadline than the one proposed by the artist.Rush fees are at least 20% of the final agreed upon price. Fees might vary depending on the scope of the project and deadline provided.Personal Work
Art bought for personal use and enjoyment without the intent to resale for profit.Clients who have paid for a personal/non-commercial artwork have the following rights:The right to privately display the artwork in whatever manner the client sees fit.The right for a client to modify finished pieces, including third parties. This excludes third parties involving LLM or A.I. training.The right to produce products featuring said artwork for oneself, family, and close friends. Products may not be sold for more than the cost it takes to produce them and must be created in batches of 10 or less.
*Art commissioned without a commercial license is not to be used on or as part of a commercial product.
